Return and withdrawal

In accordance with the law on electronic commerce, if the Customer is a consumer (i.e., a natural person who purchases the goods for purposes not related to his or her professional activity, i.e., does not make the purchase by indicating a VAT number on the order form to Terravision Electric LTD), he or she is entitled to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason whatsoever, without the need to provide an explanation and without any penalty, without prejudice to what is established in the following point. To exercise this right, the Customer must send Terravision Electric LTD a written notice to that effect within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods. This communication should be sent by letter addressed to:

or email to stratford@terravisionelectric.com sent within the aforementioned 14-day period. Once the aforementioned notice of withdrawal is received, the Customer Service of Terravision Electric LTD will promptly provide the Customer with instructions on how to return the goods, which must be returned by the Customer and received by Terravision Electric LTD within 14 days of authorisation. The right of withdrawal is however subject to the following conditions:

• the right applies to the purchased product in its entirety;
• the purchased goods must be intact and returned in their original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation, etc.);
• the affixing of labels or adhesive tapes directly onto the original product packaging should be avoided in all cases;
• shipping costs for the return of the goods shall be borne by the Customer. In the case of returns from non-EU countries, all costs relating to transport, customs clearance and VAT shall be borne by the consumer;
• the shipment, until the certificate of receipt in our warehouse, is under the full responsibility of the Customer.

In the event of damage to the goods during transport, Terravision Electric LTD shall inform the Customer of what has happened (within the 5th day from receipt of the goods in its warehouses), to enable him to file a timely complaint against the freighter selected by him and to obtain reimbursement of the value of the goods (if insured); in this eventuality, the product will be made available to the Customer for its return, at the same time cancelling the request for withdrawal; Terravision Electric LTD shall not be liable in any way for damage or theft/loss of goods returned by uninsured shipments; upon arrival (at the warehouse), the product will be examined for any damage or tampering not resulting from transport. If the packaging and/or the original packing are damaged, Terravision Electric LTD shall deduct a percentage from the refund due, in any case no more than 10% of it, as a contribution to the costs of restoration. Without prejudice to any repair costs for any assessed damage to the original packaging, Terravision Electric LTD shall refund the Customer the full amount already paid, excluding shipping costs, within 14 days of return of the goods. The reimbursement operation will be carried out by Terravision Electric LTD by re-crediting the amount due, which will be paid to the credit card or Paypal account specified at the time of the order or by bank transfer to the account that the customer will communicate, depending on the payment method used when placing the order. The right of withdrawal is totally void, due to the lack of the essential condition of integrity of the goods (packaging and/or its content), in cases where Terravision Electric LTD ascertains:

• the lack of the original outer packaging and/or inner packaging;
• the absence of integral elements of the product (accessories, parts, etc.);
• damage to the product for reasons other than transport.

In the event of forfeiture of the right of withdrawal, Terravision Electric LTD shall return the purchased goods to the sender, charging the sender for the shipping costs. Any complaints should be addressed to:
